UNDER 100 H.P. CARRY-ALL SCRAPER

The Reynolds 5C, 5CH and 6C carry-all scrapers are designed for smaller agricultural and construction jobs with under 100 HP tractors. As with all of the Reynolds line, these carry-all scrapers feature the famous Reynolds hinged frame design that keeps the blade angle low to reduce loading pressure and horsepower requirements. A low blade angle means the dirt doesn't have to go "uphill" across the blade. Reynolds scrapers are short and maneuverable. With direct hitching, enough extra weight is transferred to the tractor drive wheels to maximize productivity while loading. Each of these scrapers feature separate hydraulic control of the gate and bucket to give more yardage with every cycle. The under 100 horsepower Reynolds scrapers have two hitch types available. The swivel hitch is used for single scraper operation or utility work and bolts directly to the standard tractor drawbar. The yoke hitch is required for rear scrapers in a tandem operation and is recommended for lead scrapers and heavy duty service. The special Reynolds drawbar is required for the yoke hitch. The 6C has tandem hitching capabilities and can be used as the lead scraper in a tandem arrangement. Rear hydraulic lines and rear hitch are standard. The 5CH was especially designed to provide a laser adaptable unit in the under 100 horsepower class. It has an optional laser bracket and can easily be hooked to a laser system.

OVER 100 H.P. CARRY-ALL SCRAPER 

For the over 100 horsepower two and four wheel drive agricultural and industrial tractors, Reynolds offers a full range of carry-all scrapers from 8 to 1 8 cubic yard capacity. Each of these scrapers features the Reynolds simple, rugged design for long life and minimum maintenance. The over 1 00 horsepower Reynolds carry-all line have independent control of blade height and bucket dump and require only two hydraulic circuits per scraper for operation. Reynolds designs and builds its own hydraulic cylinders to insure top quality. All hydraulic systems are factory tested to 3,000 PSI. The over 100 horsepower scrapers come standard with the yoke hitch. Designed to hitch directly to the tractor drawbar with no dolly wheels, this yoke hitch allows enough weight to be added to the tractor to give necessary extra traction. The yoke hitch further provides for excellent scraper movement in rough or side slope operation. The special Reynolds heavy duty drawbar is required with the yoke hitch. The drawbar adapter is available to allow you to go from pulling scrapers to a disk, compaction equipment or other pull type implements without changing drawbars. Each of the over I 00 horsepower units is easily adapted to laser control, allowing one scraper or both to move the bulk of the dirt and also finish your project to grade.
